Mussolini contributed to Hitler's actions significantly. The methods of intimidation and violence were two mechanisms Hitler noted; they were affected and brought power. Hitlers rise to power first started through election. He was firstly voted as chancellor and most of Germans liked his stance on political and economical beliefs. His first act of power was to burn the Reichstag in 1933. With the support of the Brownshirts Hitler successfully convince the Reichstag to pass the enabling act. The passing of this law was the first step into defeating to communist revolution. The last election to become president was rigged. He won by 99.9% and continued to give himself all the power through the enabling act. Hitler used his power to create a police known as the Gestapo to ensure that his place of power would not be taken away. The event of the Night of Long Knives allowed the the SS to commit a crime of murder. These murders were praised by Hindenburg.. As soon as Hindenburg passed away, that is when Hitler rigged the election and become president.
The Weimar Republic faced many issues during the first few years of its existence. Hyperinflation was caused by the need to pay war reparations, unemployment, and the refusal of work from people in the Ruhr area. Also, during its first years of existence, it was led by Ebert's Government, that being the case they were always exposed to obstacles. However the first call was put upon Ebert from the first world war with reparations.
The Treaty of Versailles caused them to take responsibility for war reparations from the first world war. In 1923, Mussolini presented the firstFascist government in Italy. After many years of supporting Adolf Hitler, Mussolini finally decided to create and alliance with him. A thoughtful comedy of the Holocaust-Life is Beautiful- was a terrific film. The beginning of the film dealt with the love life of the main character. With the love that both the characters established, the Italian volunteered herself to attend a Jewish camp. Joshua, the young son was subject to cruel treatment that the Germans were exercises. That being the case, his father shielded the terrible practices by referring to the camp as a game. Striving to reach one thousand points the man and son we able to maintain a positive attitude while living through this atrocity. Although the ending was horrifying, the father chose to sacrifice himself in order to save his son. Joshua's dream came true and he was granted the opportunity to ride in a "tank," that to me, made the fathers death seem worth it. His son was reunited with his mother and will always remember how he and his father achieved one thousand point to win the "game." This film clearly outlined the brutality of the German genocide.
